Drive tooling selection, automation, and integrations across GRC.Run our most critical governance programs - own the operating cadence for ITSC, FMC, board reviews, regulatory submissions, policy lifecycle, and executive reporting.What You will doGRC Platform ModernizationDesign the target-state for how GRC operates at slice - what gets automated, platformed, and whyDrive evaluation and onboarding of GRC tooling (policy lifecycle, risk registers, evidence management, audit workflows)Build integrations between GRC platforms and engineering systems (Jira, Confluence, SIEM, cloud security) - single source of truthReplace spreadsheets and email threads with automated, auditable, scalable workflowsDefine data models for risk, controls, and policy linkage - powering real-time CISO, VPs and board dashboardsAutomate evidence collection, policy review reminders, action tracking, and SLA enforcementGovernance Forums & Operating CadenceOwn the full cadence for ITSC, FMC, CAB, and board-level reviews - agenda, pre-reads, decision logging, action closureDrive decision velocity: surface the right risks, trade-offs, and dependencies to the right leaders at the right timeOwn program rigor (RAG, RAID, escalation paths) as a system - not a spreadsheetRegulatory & Risk Program ExecutionTranslate regulatory expectations (RBI, ISO 27001, SOC) into execution plans with clear owners, milestones, and evidence mapsBuild evidence-readiness infrastructure so the team is never caught off-guard in an auditCoordinate across Tech, InfoSec, Risk, Legal, and Finance to deliver cross-functional programs at speedPolicy & Control Lifecycle as a ProductRun the annual policy review workflow like a product: intake, versioning, reviews, approvals, publication - automated where possibleMap policies to risk taxonomies and regulatory control frameworksBuild dashboards showing coverage gaps, aging reviews, and control effectiveness trendsWhat You will needMust Have:3-8 years of Technical Program Management - owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to- endExperience in or adjacent to security, risk, compliance, IT audit, or regulated tech environmentsTrack record of process modernization: you’ve identified broken workflows and rebuilt them as scalable systemsProven ability to drive decisions across senior engineering and business stakeholdersExecutive communication: crisp decks, clear narratives, complexity translated into decisionsHigh ownership mindset - proactive, follows through, pushes programs to closureNice to HaveHands-on experience evaluating or implementing GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, Archer, or similar)Experience in fintech, banking, or deeply regulated tech environmentsFamiliarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or RBI framework alignmentExperience building dashboards or automation workflows (Power BI, Looker, Python, Jiraautomation)Why this role stands outMost GRC roles hand you a spreadsheet and a compliance calendar.
