Project Description: This project is created to source, track, and manage qualified candidates for Server Hardware Maintenance Engineer / Client Engineer positions at Maintech’s client data centers in Mumbai and Bengaluru, India.ObjectiveRecruit 4 engineers:2 permanent positions in Mumbai2 contractor-to-perm positions in BengaluruCandidates must have 5+ years of hardware break/fix experience and hands-on experience in server maintenance.Ensure candidates are capable of working on-site at client DCs, performing troubleshooting, break/fix, and minimal operational tasks.Key Responsibilities of Candidates:Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HP/SUN/IBM servers.Identify, analyze, and repair hardware failures (system boards, CPUs, memory, hard disks).Maintain spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.Work on shift rotation: 10am–10pm (split 10am–8pm & 12pm–10pm), 4 days/week, standby rotation after ops hours.Candidate Requirements 5+ years of IT / Computer Hardware / Data Center support experienceHands-on experience with:Hardware RAID (IBM ServeRAID, HP SmartArray, Dell PERC)Remote Access Cards (IBM IMM, HP iLo, Dell iDRAC)IBM BladeCenter, HP BL/DL/ML series, Dell PowerEdge seriesCompTIA A+ or Server+ certification is a plusAbility to troubleshoot and replace critical server hardwareTarget Candidate ProfileEngineering / IT backgroundWilling to work on-site at client DCs in Mumbai or BengaluruStrong problem-solving skills and hands-on hardware experienceEligible to work in IndiaProject Notes Annual Salary: INR 700,000 – 1,000,000Primary focus: hardware troubleshooting and maintenanceUse LinkedIn Recruiter pipeline to track candidates through stages: Sourced → Contacted → Interview → Offer → HiredTags / Labels: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Contractor-to-Perm / Field Service
