Job Role: Aircraft (Hydraulic) System EngineerJob Description:• Lead investigations of in-service events related to hydraulic systems, assess airworthiness and reliability implications, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.•Respond to and manage high-level technical queries from airline operators, ensuring timely and accurate communication.•Define and initiate corrective actions or product improvements in coordination with design teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.•Act as the technical focal point for ATA 29 systems, representing the organization in cross-functional and international engineering forums.•Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior engineers within the team.•Participate in and lead technical meetings with airline engineering and maintenance teams.•Develop and deliver high-quality technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.•Support the transfer of operational and maintenance feedback into design and development processes.•Ensure strong collaboration with design offices, customer services, and suppliers.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant field•6 yr -9 years of professional experience in Hydraulics Engineer.•In-depth knowledge and experience with ATA 29 – Hydraulic Power systems.•Proven experience in leading in-service issue resolution, technical analysis, and customer support functions.•Exposure to airline operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory environments.•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.•Customer-service mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
