Senior Manager II - Program Manager MH HR Bangalore, Karnataka, India People & Culture TeamAs the Senior Program Manager for our Mother Hub business entity, you will be the strategic architect of the people supply chain. You won’t just be /"doing HR/"; you will be building the engines that power our entire logistics backbone. Your mission is to design, implement, and scale HR programs—from massive seasonal hiring surges to high-retention engagement models—specifically for our large-scale distribution centers (Mother Hubs).Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Workforce Planning & ScalingCapacity Modeling: Partner with Operations to forecast manpower requirements for Mother Hubs, accounting for 10-20x spikes during festive sales (e.g., Diwali, Big Savings Days).Blue-Collar Ecosystem: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of thousands of off-role and on-role associates, ensuring seamless vendor management and compliance.2. Program Design & ExcellenceRetention Architect: Build innovative incentive structures and /"Stay Programs/" to combat the high attrition rates typical of the logistics sector.Onboarding at Scale: Design automated yet high-touch onboarding journeys that get a Mother Hub worker floor-ready in record time.3. Operational Compliance & Industrial Relations (IR)Statutory Rigor: Ensure 100% compliance with Indian Labor Laws (Factories Act, Contract Labor Act, etc.) across all regional hubs.Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage ground-level grievances and maintain a pulse on the industrial climate to prevent disruptions.4. Performance & CultureOutput-Linked HR: Align HR metrics (absenteeism, productivity per man-hour) with business KPIs.Safety Culture: Drive /"Safety First/" programs, ensuring Mother Hubs are not just efficient, but the safest places to work in the industry.Ideal Candidate ProfileFeatureRequirementExperience8–12 years in HR Program Management, ideally within E-commerce, Logistics, or FMCG.Domain ExpertiseDeep understanding of Mother Hub/Warehouse operations and large-scale blue-collar management.Analytical SkillProficiency in data storytelling—turning Excel sheets into actionable people strategies.EducationMBA in HR from a Tier 2/3 instituteSoft SkillsA /"boots-on-the-ground/" mindset; comfortable moving between boardroom strategy and warehouse floor realities.Why This Role is UniqueScale: You aren't managing a team of 50; you are influencing the lives of thousands who ensure India gets its groceries in minutes.Impact: In q-commerce, the Mother Hub is the heart.
