ETG's Information Technology department is seeking an experienced Jr. IT Support Engineer to provide support to end-users spread across various offices of ETG. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of providing system hardware and software support to end-user . Technical Qualifications:Good knowledge of operating system Windows 8/ 10 / 11.Should have good experience in laptop / desktop hardware and office O365Good knowledge of Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDriveManage user accounts, groups, and licenses Configure and manage email policies, archiving, retention,Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHandling desktop (outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware/OS/Applications troubleshooting)Experience in computer support for system software and hardwareConfiguring and maintaining user endpoint computing devicesAntivirus/Malware (endpoint, server)Remote troubleshooting and end user support Worked on Service Management toolIncident Resolution & PreventionBasic Qualifications & Certification: UG: BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any SpecializationExperience 2 -4 years.Relevant training and/or certifications in Windows OS, O365Any other IT related knowledge (AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity etc.) will be advantageous. Non-Technical Requirements:Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.Open to work late night and in shifts Should have valid passport. Should be a Team player.
