The role involves acquiring affluent clients, managing their investment portfolios, and providing strategic financial advice across asset classes while building long-term relationships and growing AUM.Quick FactsLocation: Same geography as the client base / hiring locationExperience: 4 - 5 years (Minimum 6 months experience in HNI relationship management / wealth sales)Education: Graduate (Finance/Marketing) or MBA/PGDM; certifications such as CFP are an advantageIndustry: BFSI / Wealth Management / Private Banking / BrokingKey ResponsibilitiesAcquire and manage HNI / Affluent client relationships and build a strong client portfolio.Drive AUM growth by advising clients on investments across multiple asset classes.Develop and implement personalized financial and investment plans for clients.Identify and acquire new affluent and super-affluent clients in the market.Track financial markets and provide relevant investment insights to clients.Collaborate with research and product teams to recommend suitable investment strategies.Strengthen existing client relationships and increase wallet share.Support business development initiatives such as client events, seminars, and workshops.Minimum RequirementsExperience in HNI client acquisition and relationship management within BFSI / Wealth / Broking firms.Ability to handle clients with investment portfolios of ₹25 lakhs and above.Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.Proven ability to generate revenue and earn incentives through client portfolio management.Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
