The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable RPA solutionsKey Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism. • Collaborate with business analysts to understand and automate business processes. • Build reusable objects and components following Blue Prism best practices. • Perform feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and solution design. • Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA development. • Strong understanding of Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, Work Queues, and Schedulers. • Experience across the complete RPA lifecycle. • Knowledge of .NET, C#, VBA, or Java for integrations. • Experience with APIs, web services, and SQL databases. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.⚠️ Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
