The recruiter will work remotely and support hiring efforts by identifying qualified candidates for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science roles.This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity, ideal for recruiters who already have experience working with US IT staffing requirements and sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.Key ResponsibilitiesSource AI Consultants, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists for US-based clientsIdentify candidates with skills in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AIScreen candidates and evaluate their technical background and work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, etc.)Conduct initial recruiter calls and shortlist qualified candidatesSubmit candidate profiles with detailed screening notesCoordinate interview schedules between clients and candidatesMaintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in US IT RecruitmentExperience sourcing AI / ML / Data Science consultantsStrong understanding of US work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT)Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requirements
