The experiences created at SOUL are based on deep human connections that bring forth leadership to serve the people and the nation with integrity and purpose.Job DescriptionDesign and operationalize technology ecosystem of SOUL – from core infrastructure and enterprise systems to learning platforms and participant experiences.Infrastructure: Identify and deploy hybrid enterprise architecture on server + cloud, campuswide network: WiFi 6/7, SDWAN, 5G ready design and a 100% secured environment.Core Systems: Identify, customise and deploy customised Learning Management System hosted and integrated with full technology stack including information system covering the participant life cycle, institutional enterprise ERP, communication and collaboration platforms that make the campus feel like a single, living system.Continuous Innovation: Ensure optimisation of deployed systems and strive to innovate, based on contemporary technology. Shape, how technology brings leadership programs to life-from LMS design to vibrant participant communities. Design and develop engagement experiences on mobile apps for participants and alumni. Build journeys where tech quietly supports every step, from the first invite to the final reflection. Collaborate with facilitators, cooaches, and teams to weave digital processes into all programs. Develop advance dashboards for the institute. Own the full experience-creative, operational, and human-that keep leaders connected long after the program ends.Background expected: 12+ years in technology, with at least 5+ years leading large-scale initiatives.Deep understanding of contemporary and emerging technology architectures: hybrid (server+ cloud), API first, security by design.Created significant technology infrastructure, platforms, or products from scratch.Experience of having worked in a learning institution would be a plus.Good understanding of LMS and problem-solving abilities.Additional experience in publishing technical content, visible projects, partnerships, UX and design thinking will be an added advantage.Personality expected (Share examples in your CV and Personal Statement):Ability to zoom-out to see the institution level picture and zoom-in to fix the small details.Ability to be at ease, working with diverse groups of people, energy, and occasional chaos without losing calm.
