This includes impactful initiatives focusing on wildlife preservation and the economic upliftment of rural communities.About the Role We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior / Lead Consultant with 5-8 years of overall experience and at least 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. The candidate should have expertise in at least one additional module amongst PMGM/LMS/Compensation/VP/CDP/People Analytics with Story Reporting experience, along with EC. This role is within our SAP SuccessFactors practice which runs both client implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS) model. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused consultant who can provide comprehensive support for multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules in a customer-facing / leading roles in rotational shifts (if required). Prior implementation/AMS work experience for global customers is a plus. Key Responsibilities Provide client-facing implementation/support services in SuccessFactors EC and other modules to global customers Hands-on experience of handling provisioning system and multiple instances. Willing to work in a dynamic environment, providing client and internal stakeholder management, handling critical incidents, independently analyzing issues, managing incidents, and delivering presentations Experience troubleshooting critical & live production issues, including P1 incidents Regular monitoring of the system for any potential issues Strong knowledge of data interaction and integration between multiple modules of SuccessFactors Ability and willingness to learn new modules and technologies Required Skills Candidate should have been part of at least 2 SF implementation projects in SuccessFactors EC & other modules. Should have led projects, possessing expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in EC module Strong knowledge of EC Core concepts like Metadata framework, business rules, Integration Centre, data migration Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Role-based permissions of multiple modules Should have experience in Core EC, EC Benefits & EC Time modules Strong knowledge in Integration Centre and Intelligent Centre capabilities.
