Job Title: Assistant Manager – PayrollCompany: Jaipur RugsLocation: JaipurKey ResponsibilitiesManage complete payroll processing for 1200–1500 employees on a monthly basis.Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary structures.Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws.Manage payroll audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.Generate payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and cost analysis reports.Stay updated and ensure implementation of applicable Government schemes, labor reforms, and compliance updates.Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashments.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters.Resolve employee queries related to salary and statutory deductions efficiently.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of payroll software and HRMS systems.Excellent understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws.Awareness of Government schemes such as PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, wage code updates, etc.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Dynamic personality with ability to manage high-volume payroll operations.Experience & Qualification5–8+ years of experience in payroll management.Experience handling payroll for 1200–1500 employees is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / HR or related field.Additional certification in Payroll / Labor Laws will be an advantage.
