We’re looking for the best technologists, inventors and leaders in India to join us on this exciting new journey.If you’re excited by the prospect of creating something magical from scratch, then read on.Who we’re looking for:3-6 years proven relevant commercial experience working with identity programs, platforms (e.g. Okta) or in-similar roles.Experience with Configuring Okta tenants, including policies, routing rules, app integrations, Device Trust, and Adaptive MFA.Application Integration: Integrating enterprise applications for SSO and provisioning using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.Building and maintaining Okta Workflows to automate manual IDAM tasks, such as onboarding and off-boarding.Understanding of Okta Identity Cloud, including Identity Engine, Universal Directory, and Workflows.Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or API-based automation (REST APIs).Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP).Strong analytical mindset, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.The ability to coordinate large programs that span weeks and involve many people across the business at all levels of seniorityAbility to manage and configure seeking of a SaaS product to meet the needs of different business stakeholdersThe ability to solve complex problems, tinker with technology and possess a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to communicate, collaborate, and contribute effectively across teams and with various business stakeholders.Motivation to learn – we are constantly learning together, mentoring each other and striving to do things better.Ability to present data, findings and recommendations to a high standard.Bonus points for:Strong requirements gathering skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders for this purpose.In-depth knowledge of identity management concepts, principles, and practical use cases.Understanding of compliance and governance requirements.Certifications (Good to have): SailPoint Identity Now or ISC Certified Implementation Engineer.Experience in Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access certifications, policy enforcement, and governance reporting.Configure and customize SailPoint ISC components, including connectors (SCIM, REST, JDBC, AD, etc.), custom rules (Bean Shell/Java), transforms, and workflows to align with specific business and compliance requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to provisioning, entitlements, access certifications, policy violations, and identity synchronization failures.Deep proficiency with Identity Cubes, entitlements, roles, policies, certifications, and configuring virtual appliances.Hands-on experience with SailPoint rule development and using REST APIs and SCIM integrations for identity lifecycle automation.What we offer:A hybrid and flexible approach to working.Transport options to help you get to and from work, including home pick-up and drop-off.Meals provided on site in our office.Flexible leave options including parental leave, family care leave and celebration leave.Insurances for you and your immediate family members.Programs to support mental, emotional, financial and physical health& wellbeing.Continuous learning and development opportunities to further your technical expertise.The values we live by:Our values are at the core of how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.
