Job Title: AVP – Order Management (SCM)Location: HyderabadExperience: 13+ YearsRole Summary:Seeking an experienced AVP – Order Management to lead end-to-end Order Management operations within the Supply Chain domain. The role will drive efficient order lifecycle management, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination across planning, logistics, and fulfillment teams while ensuring high service levels and process efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end order lifecycle including order intake, processing, tracking, backlog management, and fulfillment coordination.Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, and process governance within order operations.Partner with planning, logistics, manufacturing, and customer operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across order management workflows.Manage large teams and stakeholder relationships across global supply chain functions.Requirements:13+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Order Management operations.Strong exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics).Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex SCM operations.
