We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Category Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, recruit, and onboard skilled Service Experts (AC & Appliance Technicians, Cleaning Professionals, Carpenters, etc.) onto our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with skilled service professionals across the city.Explain company policies, commission structure, and benefits clearly to prospects.Verify documents and ensure proper KYC of service experts.Onboard and train new service professionals on SOPs and service standards.Maintain a strong pipeline of potential service experts.Build long-term relationships with onboarded partners.Ensure quality standards and performance compliance.Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth activation.Meet monthly onboarding targets.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or a related field is preferred.0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partner Onboarding.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
