Position – Data EngineerLocation – Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Total Experience – 5+ Years Domain / Vertical – Financial Services (Insurance, Investment, or Fintech) Qualifications – B.Sc / M.Sc / BCA / MCA in IT or Computer Science Certification Advantageous - AWS Certified Data Engineer *IAAC IS MANDATORY - Only apply if you have worked on the projects with or using IAAC and the details should be mentioned in the CV*Relevant ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of core experience in Data Engineering.Proven experience with cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS or Azure).Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and pipeline orchestration.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.Hands-on experience with tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or Databricks.Familiarity with regulatory data requirements in financial services./Mandatory Skills:• Cloud Platforms: AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda), Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric), Databricks• Programming: Python, SQL, JavaScript, XML, Shell Scripting• Data Processing: Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake)• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation• Version Control & DevOps: GitHub, GitLab• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL• Monitoring: Datadog for observability and system monitoring• Familiarity with financial data domains such as customer, product, transaction, risk, and regulatory data• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders• Awareness of current and emerging technologies (Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, IoT)• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives and integration of new technologies into existing business processes• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and regulations to protect data and systems• Strong understanding of the financial services industry• Experience working in Agile development environments
