We're backed by InfoEdge Ventures, Eximius Ventures, and First Cheque, and our founding team brings experience from Apple, BCG, IIT, and IIM.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a UX/UI Designer who designs fast, thinks in systems, and isn't afraid to use AI as a creative co-pilot. You'll work closely with the founding team to craft intuitive, delightful experiences across our mobile app, website, and internal tools — turning real user needs into beautiful, functional design. If you know how to use tools like Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar AI-assisted design platforms to move quicker without cutting corners, you'll fit right in.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end UX and UI design across mobile, web, and internal productsTranslate user and business requirements into clean wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity screensUse AI-powered design tools to rapidly generate, iterate, and explore visual directionsConduct user research, usability tests, and interviews to validate design decisionsCollaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs ship as intendedBuild and maintain a scalable, reusable designs in FigmaIterate continuously based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing insightsPresent work clearly and contribute actively to design critiques and discussionsQualifications2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably at a startup or consumer tech productHands-on experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for copy/ideation, or similar) — not just awareness, but actual workflow integrationStrong product thinking — you understand the why behind features, not just the howProven track record designing for B2C mobile or web productsProficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systemsGood communication skills — able to articulate design decisions clearly to non-designersBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related fieldBonus points if you have:Experience with motion or interaction designFamiliarity with travel, lifestyle, or consumer app domainsAn eye for editorial or visual storytelling (we care a lot about aesthetics)Why 30 SundaysWork directly with a passionate founding team that genuinely values designHigh ownership — your work will be seen and felt by real users from day oneFlexible, outcome-oriented work cultureOpportunity to grow with a funded early-stage startup solving a problem people actually love
