Our ad formats are installed in high-visibility public locations, including:Residential societiesCorporate buildings and coworking spacesCult Fit gymsGoa beachesShopping mallsBike parking areas with branded standees and digital hoardings We work with over 2000 brands including Amazon, IKEA, Meta, and Zomato, helping them build real-world visibility through innovative and targeted outdoor campaigns.About the Role:We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Managers to generate revenue through the sale of OOH advertising spaces, specifically bike standee hoardings and other static formats. This is a field-intensive sales role involving client acquisition, meetings, follow-ups, and monthly revenue targets.Responsibilities:Sell advertising space on bike standees, hoardings, and other outdoor formatsOnboard SMBs, local businesses, and agencies for ad placementsHandle both direct and agency salesConduct regular field visits and client meetingsAchieve monthly revenue targets through cold calling and active pitchingMaintain sales pipelines and reporting hygieneCoordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, media, print, digital, or OOH advertising Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skillsPrior experience in handling advertising agencies is a plusSelf-motivated, target-driven, and proactiveMust own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visitsGood knowledge of local market dynamics Pay range and compensation package:Competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentivesFast career growth in a high-impact roleExposure to premium brands and leading agenciesA young, energetic, and supportive team environmentLearning opportunities in the evolving OOH media space Equal Opportunity Statement:We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.```
