Frontend– SAP HybrisLocation: Bengaluru or Pune Mode : Hybrid working model Shift Timing : Australia Shift (4:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST)Job Summary: We are looking for a Support Engineer with 35 years of experience supporting Java and Java Script based web applications in production environments. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience troubleshooting front-end and backend issues, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure application stability, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities:Provide L2L3 support for Front End SAP Hybris based application both production and pre-production environments Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues related to Java backend services and JavaScript front-end components.Monitor application health, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues Work closely with development teams to diagnose defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds Support API integrations, service failures, and data-related issues Perform production deployments, hotfixes, and configuration changes as required Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and incident reports Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident escalations within SLA timelines Assist in improving system stability, performance, and operational processes Required Skills:Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in application support or production support roles Strong hands-on experience with SAP Hybris in Production and non production environments Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and asynchronous processing Experience analyzing logs, stack traces, and error reports to identify root causes Familiarity with LinuxUnix environments and basic command-line operations Experience with Git and issue-tracking tools Jira or similar Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Nice to Have: Experience with production monitoring and logging tools Splunk, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, etc. Exposure to CICD pipelines and release management processes Experience supporting microservices-based Java applications Familiarity with database troubleshooting SQL basics, query analysis Experience working in AgileScrum environments Understanding of ITIL processes incident, problem, change management What We Offer Opportunity to support enterprise-scale applications Stable, process-driven, and collaborative work environment Strong learning opportunities in production systems and application architecture Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
