This role requires deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow automation capabilities, Workflow Data Fabric.Implement automation through ServiceNow out-of-the-box spokes, Integration Hub, RPA Hub, APIs, scripts, while establishing governance and architectural standards in ServiceNow.Experience7+ years of experience in Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, ServiceNow platform engineering3+ years as a technical expert role using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric (WDF) and Integration Hub.Proven experience in ServiceNow Integration using Integration Hub, RPA Hub, WDF. Location: Bangalore / Chennai/Pune Experience: 7+ YearsImmediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities1. ServiceNow IntegrationDefine and govern the ServieNow Integration using:ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box SpokesServiceNow Integration HubRPA HubAPI and Script based automation (APIs, batch jobs, orchestration scripts)Establish reference blue prints for design patterns, and reusable components2. ServiceNow AutomationMigrate legacy workflows into:ServiceNow-native automation using Integration Hub Spokes, AI Agents, External Content Connectors, Stream Connect, Zero Copy Connectors, RPA HubScript/API-based automationHybrid automation patterns (ServiceNow orchestration + external execution)Ensure automation designs are scalable, secure, auditable, and supportableReduce tool sprawl by consolidating automation into the strategic platform3. Governance, Standards and Best PracticesDefine automation governance models, including:Design standardsReusability principlesException handling and observabilitySecurity and compliance controlsEstablish decision frameworks for when to use:ServiceNow OOTB capabilitiesIntegration HubAPI/scriptsCustom AI agentsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and ServiceOps strategy4. Agile Delivery and Backlog OwnershipCreate and maintain a prioritized automation backlog aligned to business valueWork closely with Product Owners and Architects to:Break down automation initiatives into iterative deliverablesEnable incremental value realizationGuide developers through iterative implementation, testing, and deployment5.
