Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and working collaboratively to enhance the company's sales strategy. The role also involves organizing campaigns, attending industry events, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction to strengthen the brand's presence in the hospitality market. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue GenerationStrong client relationship management and negotiation skillsProficiency in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and CRM toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and team management abilitiesResults-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of the hospitality industry and prior experience in hotel sales is highly advantageousAdvanced degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAbility to adapt to dynamic market conditions and work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
