We are seeking a Product Designer who thrives as a strong individual contributor while also having the vision and depth to guide and scale design efforts. You will be responsible for shaping intuitive, human-centered experiences across our consumer app and partner app, solving real problems, and building trust across both sides of the ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end design for key problem areas, from discovery to fulfillment.Translate complex consumer and partner needs into clear, simple, and transparent experiences.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver practical solutions at scale.Build, maintain, and evolve a design system that balances speed with consistency.Lead design discussions, influence product direction, and mentor future design contributors.What We’re Looking For:A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, UX depth, and visual craft.Ability to balance consumer-first empathy with partner operational realities.Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments, with the ability to bring clarity and structure through design.Strong individual contributor (IC) skills with the appetite to grow into a design leader and mentor.
