This role combines technical expertise with strong project management, people leadership, and direct client interaction. The Manager executes & reviews work performed by analysts, manages timelines, and delivers insights that influence critical investment decisions.Key Responsibilities: Financial Due DiligenceGuide teams in building comprehensive databooks capturing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, segment analysis, and trend schedules.Ensure databooks follow TA/FDD standards including normalization, segregation, and consistency across periods.Prepare (where needed) complex schedules including run‑rate analysis, margin decomposition, and revenue bridge.Review databooks for:Accuracy, tie-outs, and reconciliation to source dataCorrect classification of recurring vs non-recurring adjustmentsAnalytical depth, logical structuring, and clarityLead and review projects to ensure the databook properly supports the QoE, WC, Cash flow and BS analyses presented in the FDD report.Provide coaching to analysts on databook formatting, analytical logic, and storytelling using data.Oversee databook preparation and review, ensuring accuracy, tie‑outs, and analytical consistency.Identify key financial trends, red flags, normalization adjustments, and EBITDA sustainability.Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) AdvisorySupport pre‑deal analysis including target assessment, financial trend evaluation, and industry benchmarking.Review key assumptions, business drivers, and integration considerations affecting deal decisions.Provide insights on synergy opportunities and financial performance implication.Deal Structuring and Transaction ManagementProvide input on SPA terms, including working capital pegs, closing adjustments, earn‑outs, and indemnity clauses.Manage transaction timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross‑functional coordination.Highlight deal risks and support clients through data‑driven negotiation inputs.Reporting, Insights & client delivery Deliver insights clearly during client calls, walkthroughs, and diligence discussions.Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for investment decisions.People Leadership & Team DevelopmentManage, coach, and review work of Analysts and Senior Analysts.Provide guidance on FDD methodologies, databook standards, and analytical techniques.To qualify, candidates must have:Qualifications: CPA, CFA, CA, or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in financial due diligence, M&A advisory, or transaction support.Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, Databook preparation, financial Modeling, and QoE assessments.Experience: Prior experience with Big 4 or other consulting firms in transaction advisory or due diligence is highly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work with a team of industry experts and make a meaningful impact.Our Hiring Process: If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours.
