Role Description – Ecommerce - Sourcing & Planning ManagerWe are looking for a Ecommerce Sourcing & Planning Manager to oversee procurement and supplier management for Personal & Health Care products across domestic and international markets.The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, ensure quality compliance, and manage end-to-end sourcing operations.Key Requirement -5 to 8 years of sourcing experience with domestic & international marketLocation : BangaloreImmediate JoinerSalary : 12 LPA to 13 LPAKey Responsibilities:Strong understanding of excel, data analysis, vendor research. Good knowledge of domestic and international market sourcing and supply chain, vendor negotiation.Vendor Identification & Management – Develop and maintain a strong supplier network, ensuring reliability and long-term partnerships.Costing & Negotiation – Optimize procurement costs through strategic negotiations while maintaining product quality.Production & Timeline Management – Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery, mitigating supply chain risks.Quality Control & Compliance – Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance across sourcing channels.Market & Supplier Research – Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to drive competitive advantage.If you have a strong sourcing background and a passion for supply chain excellence, we'd love to connect!Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Masters is plus but not mandatory.Send your resume to : /
