We move fast, we build for the long term, and we hold our standards high.The Role:We are looking for a hands-on Shopify Developer to own the build, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Shopify stores. You will work directly with our designer, who produces Figma files, and your job is to bring those designs to life on Shopify accurately and efficiently. This is a core role in a lean, ambitious team - you will have real ownership and direct access to leadership.What will you do?•      Build and maintain Shopify stores from Figma designs - pixel-accurate, fast, and conversion-optimised•      Write clean, well-structured Liquid, HTML, and CSS code•      Integrate and manage Shopify apps including Klaviyo, subscription tools, review platforms, and upsell flows•      Ensure all stores are fully responsive, fast-loading, and mobile-first•      Own technical SEO basics - site structure, metadata, page speed•      Set up and maintain product pages, collections, and checkout flows•      Troubleshoot and resolve bugs quickly and independently•      Manage multiple store builds simultaneously as the business scalesWhat We Are Looking For?•      2 to 4 years of hands-on Shopify development experience•      Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript•      Experience translating Figma designs into Shopify themes accurately•      Comfortable working with Shopify apps and the Shopify ecosystem•      An eye for design - you notice when something is off and you fix it•      Self-starter who takes ownership and does not need hand-holding•      Good communication skills - you can give clear updates and flag issues early•      Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands is a strong advantageNice to have•      Experience with Klaviyo email flows and automation•      Familiarity with Shopify Markets for multi-region stores•      Basic understanding of conversion rate optimisation•      Interest in health, wellness, or consumer brandsWhat we offer•      A high-ownership role in a fast-moving, founder-led team•      Direct access to leadership and real influence over what gets built•      The opportunity to grow with a brand expanding rapidly across India•      Competitive salary based on experience•      Gurgaon-based, on-site roleTo apply, please email your CV, portfolio, and links to Shopify stores you have built to .
