Our mission is to create high-performance products that are good for both people and the planet.As a digital-first D2C brand, we are building a strong and distinctive voice across every customer touchpoint while rapidly scaling across online and offline channels.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and creative Content Lead to own and drive BECO’s content ecosystem end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands storytelling, performance-driven marketing, and platform dynamics across social media, website, video, and offline assets.The ideal candidate combines creativity with data, can build impactful narratives, develop high-performing content formats, and ensure brand consistency across all communication.Key Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end content strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and business goals• Drive performance-led content by analysing engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to optimise formats, hooks, and storytelling• Develop and maintain a unified brand voice and messaging framework across social media, website, campaigns, packaging copy, and GTM assets• Lead the content pipeline from ideation to execution by collaborating closely with design, performance marketing, and brand teams• Conceptualise creative campaigns, scripts, reels, and storytelling formats that resonate with audiences and drive engagement• Ensure all marketing communication is aligned under a cohesive content strategy for consistency across channels• Identify viral opportunities, emerging trends, and new content formats to keep the brand culturally relevant• Work closely with founders and marketing leadership to translate business goals into strong content-led campaigns• Build and manage a scalable content calendar for product launches, campaigns, and key marketing momentsIdeal Candidate Profile• 6–10 years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or digital content leadership roles• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and performance marketing ecosystems• Proven ability to build and execute content strategies across digital platforms and offline assets• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability with a clear understanding of brand voice• Comfortable working with analytics, platform insights, and performance data to refine content strategy• Ability to think across formats including reels, scripts, campaigns, long-form content, and narratives• Creative thinker with the ability to generate culturally relevant and engaging content ideasAbout the CompanyWebsite:
