SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Succession PlanningLocation STRADA Hyderabad OnsiteJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional specializing in Succession Planning to design, implement, and optimize succession management processes. The role involves collaborating with HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective talent pipeline management, leadership continuity, and organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & ConfigurationConfigure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning module.Set up position-based and person-based nomination methods.Integrate succession planning with performance and development modules.Talent Pipeline ManagementPartner with HR to identify critical roles and successors.Build succession charts, bench strength analysis, and readiness assessments.Ensure alignment with organizational leadership development strategy.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with HR business partners, managers, and IT teams.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.Provide ongoing support and resolve system issues.Data & ReportingDevelop dashboards and reports for succession metrics.Monitor employee engagement, retention, and readiness levels.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data governance.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning configuration and administration.Knowledge of SAP HCM and integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Learning, Development).Experience in talent management processes and HR strategy.Analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools (Tableau, SAP Analytics, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT.3–6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years in Succession Planning.SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
