With deep expertise in retail, supply chain, product strategy, technology, and operations, we enable businesses to succeed in their digital transformation journeys.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Consultant with a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) background to support technical operations for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (OneWMS Indy environment).This role will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support data migration, system integrations, infrastructure coordination, and cutover activities within a supply chain and warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesData Migration & Data ManagementPerform data migration activities using Python, SQL, and other relevant tools.Work with warehouse data entities, including inventory, items, orders, and LPNs.Validate and troubleshoot data during migration and transformation processes.Support data refresh activities between environments and databases.System Integration SupportSupport integrations between **Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and manufacturing systems such as NextTech.Develop and troubleshoot REST APIs and integration interfaces.Manage and support SFTP-based file integrations.Assist with MIF (Manhattan Integration Framework) interface configuration and troubleshooting.Technical & Infrastructure SupportProvide support for printer and label integrations through Minisoft, working closely with vendors and internal teams.Assist with Linux-based environments, including file management and mounts for shared file systems.Collaborate with infrastructure teams on basic InfoSec and networking topics, including firewall rules and VLAN configurations.Go-Live & Cutover ActivitiesSupport warehouse cutover and go-live activities, including technical validation and issue resolution.Troubleshoot system issues during deployment and stabilization phases.CollaborationWork closely with internal technical teams and subject matter experts.Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth technical operations within the warehouse ecosystem.Act as a backup technical resource and continuously upskill on platform-specific implementations.Required Qualifications5+ years of technical experience in enterprise systems or supply chain technology.Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or supply chain platforms.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Experience supporting system integrations (REST APIs, SFTP, interface troubleshooting).Working knowledge of Linux environments and file system operations.Experience working with data migration and database refresh processes.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management or other Manhattan WMS solutions.Familiarity with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).Experience with warehouse label printing solutions such as Minisoft.Exposure to supply chain, distribution center, or manufacturing system integrations.Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts (firewalls, VLANs).
