Job Description:Exp: 4 to 8 yearsLocation: BangaloreHandson Experience in SIL Platform Engineering with dSPACE (VEOS)Build and maintain L3/L1 SIL benches in dSPACE VEOS for both Open‑Loop and Closed‑Loop use cases.Create and integrate virtual ECUs (vECUs) from AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive stacks; manage BSW, RTE, OS, and application integration.Define and manage platform baselines, golden images, versioning, and compatibility matrices (compiler/toolchain/OS/VEOS release).Design Open‑Loop harnesses: input stimulus frameworks, sensor/actuator stubs, signal routing, CAPL/Python stimulus generators.Establish baseline smoke/regression suites for early functional checks (no plant coupling).Implement bus simulations (CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet SOME/IP) and diagnostics (UDS ISO 14229) in virtual networks.Generate the vECU using customer-provided toolchain and integrate it within the dSPACE VEOS environment Integrate and configure dSPACE ASM (e.g., vehicle dynamics, powertrain, brakes) or FMU/FMI plant models in VEOS.Validate closed‑loop behavior for control algorithms, calibrations, performance, and fault maneuvers.Configure and run simulations in VEOS; use ControlDesk/Bus Navigator for visualization, signal manipulation, and bus traffic.vECU generation, restbus simulation, and plant model integrationIntegrate Vector CANoe/CANalyzer or CAPL for network simulation and test orchestration when needed.Manage version control (Git/Gerrit), build systems (CMake), and automation (Python).Automation and CI pipelines for vECU/restbus generation, platform integration, smoke tests, reporting, and release packaging Orchestrate headless VEOS runs in Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI; enable distributed and parallel execution.Partner with feature teams, architects, HIL teams, and DevOps to align interfaces and coverage.Conduct enablement sessions and best‑practice clinics on VEOS usage, modeling constraints, and scenario realism.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Must‑HavesExpertise in SIL platform engineering for Engine Controls, Supervisory controls and Motor controls (vECU generation, restbus simulation, and plant model integration) Expertise in virtual SIL platform tools like dSPACE, ETAS, Synopsys High expertise in Matlab Simulink Plant modeling integration using dSPACE.Automotive networks & diagnostics: CAN, ADC, DIO.Programming/scripting: Python, CAPL Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab), artifact management, and headless simulation.Education & BackgroundBachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Automotive, or Mechatronics.3–12+ years in SIL/HIL/MBD/embedded software integration with demonstrable VEOS projects.
