Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations across India. Based in Bangalore, this role will partner closely with business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver timely, high-quality hiring across corporate, plant, and field roles, while strengthening employer branding and recruitment processes. ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across all India locations, from manpower requisition to offer closure.Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelinesDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, consultants, and networkingScreen, shortlist, and assess candidates to ensure role and culture fitCoordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communicationDrive offer management, salary benchmarking, negotiation, and pre-joining engagementTrack and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring SLAsManage relationships with recruitment vendors and consultants across regionsSupport employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities as requiredEnsure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and local labor regulationsContinuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of India hiring markets across regions and functionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and MISHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailQualificationsMBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to pan-India hiringExperience handling multi-location or large-scale recruitment preferredPrior experience in corporate, Hospitality industry hiring.
