The incumbent will lead data-driven customer acquisition, paid media campaigns, and ROI optimization across D2C platforms, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels, ensuring scalable and profitable online growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Growth StrategyLead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic networks, and affiliate channels.Manage marketplace advertising ecosystems including campaign planning, keyword bidding strategies, and sponsored ad optimization to maximize platform visibility and sales.Drive performance-led growth initiatives across quick commerce platforms, focusing on visibility, conversion, and category share.Campaign Management & OptimizationOwn the media planning and performance optimization cycle, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong return on ad spend (ROAS).Continuously optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, A/B testing, creative optimization, and funnel analysis.Drive improvements in key digital metrics such as CAC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution and performance delivery.D2C Performance GrowthDrive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the D2C platform through targeted performance campaigns.Optimize traffic quality, landing page conversion, and remarketing strategies to enhance customer lifecycle value.Implement retargeting, lookalike audience strategies, and advanced audience targeting to maximize conversions.Marketplace & Quick Commerce PerformanceLead advertising and promotional campaigns across leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms to drive product discovery and conversion.Optimize platform advertising tools, sponsored listings, and keyword strategies to increase product visibility and sales velocity.Partner with category and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business growth objectives.Analytics & InsightsTrack and analyze campaign performance, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics using analytics tools and dashboards.Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Prepare regular performance reports and growth insights for leadership review.Key CompetenciesStrong expertise in Performance Marketing and Digital Media BuyingDeep understanding of E-commerce growth marketingStrong analytical and ROI-driven decision makingExperience in managing large digital media budgetsAbility to drive data-led marketing strategies and growth initiativesPreferred Experience4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth MarketingExperience working with D2C brands, marketplaces, or digital commerce platformsStrong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads, and digital analytics toolsKindly send your updated Resume with below mention details:Total Experience:Education :Current CTC :Expected CTC :Notice :Current designation:Current position:Current company:Past companies:Current Location:Language:Age :Available for interview:
