The role involves troubleshooting hardware, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer experience through international voice support.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware TroubleshootingDiagnose issues related to RAM, HDD/SSD, Display, and MotherboardIdentify boot failures, hardware malfunctions, and performance issuesGuide users in hardware diagnostics and component checksProvide technical support to international customers via voiceTroubleshoot hardware, graphics, and system-related issuesDiagnose problems related to Windows, Linux, and Mac environmentsAssist customers with software installations, device issues, and system performanceDocument technical issues and resolutions in internal systemsEscalate complex issues to advanced support teams when requiredMaintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service qualityRequired SkillsInternational Voice Support experience (mandatory)Hardware troubleshooting experience (mandatory)Strong understanding of Operating Systems (Windows / Linux / Mac)Experience with technical troubleshooting and root cause analysisExcellent communication and customer-handling skills
