Job Purpose/ Summary*The Head – Ethics is responsible for establishing and sustaining a robust ethics and compliance framework that promotes integrity, transparency, and governance across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing ethics policies, managing whistleblower mechanisms, leading proactive vigilance initiatives, and fostering a culture of zero tolerance for corruption and misconduct.Job Description* Establish and maintain an end-to-end Ethics Framework covering whistleblower complaints, investigations, consequence management, and risk assurance.· Develop and implement Ethics Policies (ABAC, Conflict of Interest, Whistleblower), securing approvals from ESG and Audit Committees.· Set up and manage whistleblower mechanisms (hotline, website complaint system).· Lead proactive vigilance initiatives with Internal Audit to identify risks and mitigate potential breaches.· Build an internal and external network for information gathering on ethics and compliance matters.· Promote awareness of anti-corruption, governance, and ethical business practices.· Advise employees on ethical dilemmas and recommend process/policy improvements.· Coordinate with committees, board members, departments, and regulators to ensure compliance.
