Role Overview The Executive – Education Project Operations (Field Level) will support the implementation of education-focused initiatives at Anganwadi’s, government schools and community learning environments. The role involves close coordination with school staff, community stakeholders, partner NGOs, CSR Partners and the internal operations team to ensure effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities. Key Responsibilities Key Requirements – Placement & Industry Coordination· Strong industry connections and contacts with companies for student placements.· Proven experience in placing ITI and Diploma students across industries.· Good understanding of the end-to-end placement process, from industry coordination to final student selection.· Field experience in visiting multiple industries for student placement opportunities.· Knowledge of campus placement drives and ability to coordinate and conduct them effectively.· Prior experience in organizing and managing placement drives.· Ability to facilitate placement of around 150 students and ensure students receive offer letters.· Knowledge of the onboarding process after candidate selection.· Understanding of the mobilization, training, and placement lifecycle in skilling programs.· Graduate degree is mandatory.· Ability to track alumni and maintain placement records of students.· Willingness to undertake 100% field work, including visits to Green Skill Centers, ITIs, Diploma and Engineering colleges, and door-to-door student visits.· Responsible for report preparation, placement data tracking, and coordination with stakeholders.Key Skills:Good English communication skillsProject management capabilitiesUnderstanding of CSR / development sector projectsStrong stakeholder management5. Additional Support · Participate in training programs organized by UWBe and partners. · Undertake travel to multiple project locations as required. · Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager in line with project goals. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s/master’s degree (preferred disciplines: Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Rural Development, or related fields). · 2+ years of experience in fieldwork, preferably in the education in social development sector. · Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory; working knowledge of English is desirable. · Willingness to travel extensively across project locations. Skills & Competencies Required · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build rapport with school and community stakeholders. · Basic understanding of government education systems, school governance, and community structures. · Good documentation and data-management skills. · Problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently in the field. · Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, MS Office/Google tools.
