Shift In-charge ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day electrical operations within the copper manufacturing complex, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and safely. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment including motors, transformers, switchgears, control panels, and associated electrical infrastructure. Conduct detailed electrical inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues, failures, or inefficiencies, and recommend timely corrective actions to minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, safety, and quality departments to ensure integrated operational performance. Lead root cause analysis investigations on electrical failures or incidents to develop robust solutions and prevent recurrence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field2-8 years of experience in electrical engineering roles within the Copper Manufacturing or related heavy industry sectors.Deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, motor controls, transformers, and switchgear operations. Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies.
