We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer based in India/ Kenya to support back-end integrations for the end-to-end CLM Transformation Program. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain back-end integrations for CLM platforms using Node.jsBuild and optimize messaging infrastructure using Solace and KafkaImplement and manage Redis caching, ElasticSearch, and database layers (MongoDB, MS SQL)Collaborate with onshore teams to deliver against program milestonesLeverage AI-assisted development tools in daily workflowsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and documentationRequirements:5+ years of software development experience with strong Node.js proficiencyExperience with messaging systems (Solace, Kafka, or similar)Hands-on experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)Working knowledge of MS SQLStrong communication skills for cross-geography collaborationFamiliarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML, or CLM workflows is an asset
