Job Title: Insider Risk Management Engineer (Microsoft Purview)Role SummaryResponsible for end-to-end implementation and operationalization of Microsoft Insider Risk Management (Purview) solutions to detect, investigate, and mitigate insider threats across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation lifecycle of Microsoft Insider Risk Management:Requirements gathering & risk assessmentSolution design & policy architectureConfiguration & deploymentTesting & tuningGo-live & hypercare supportConfigure Insider Risk policies (Data Leaks, Data Theft, Security Policy Violations, etc.)Integrate with:Microsoft Purview DLPMicrosoft DefenderMicrosoft Sentinel (SIEM)HR data connectorsDevelop alert triage workflows and investigation proceduresReduce false positives through policy tuning and threshold optimizationCreate dashboards and reports for risk visibilityCollaborate with SOC, HR, Legal, and Compliance teamsDocument architecture, SOPs, and governance processesRequired Skills3–6 years in cybersecurity or data protectionHands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk ManagementStrong knowledge of:DLP & data classificationMicrosoft 365 security stackKQL & log analysisUnderstanding of insider threat frameworks (NIST, ISO)Experience in stakeholder coordination during security tool deployment
