We support clients in transaction processing and other back- end operations of Insurance plans.Roles and ResponsibilitiesFollow established billing procedures, policies, and internal controlsEnsure accuracy of billing data including rates, volumes, coverage, and effective dates Process recurring, ad‑hoc, and adjustment invoices as requiredReconcile invoices, payments, and outstanding balances Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and overpayments Coordinate with internal teams or clients to resolve reconciliation issuesStrict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentialityResearch on the queries/requests sent by the business partners/transaction processing/client support teams and replying to the same with minimum response timeWork with onshore partners and build professional relationshipTaking active participation in process improvements and automationExcellent process skills with ability to identify and prioritize high risk transactions Completing assigned responsibilities within defined SLAsSkills & Required profile4+ years of experience in in US Life Insurance/Health Care servicesShould be a GraduateShould have excellent communication and analytical skillsShould be a self-starter, proactive and target orientedStrong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reconciliation, data validation)Should be flexible to work in night shifts and must extend when business requiredIndustry: US Life InsuranceEmployment type: Full time
