Job Description

Role:As a HRIS Analyst you will have responsibilities to ensure our system(s) stay up to date through various tasks. Mentor/Train other HRIS analyst team membersIn this role you will act as the Lead on key point of contact for all stakeholders on UKG WFM configuration, issues, exports, reporting & implementations Manage any tier 3 UKG requests with urgency & problem solving Lead on handling all HRIS Workforce Manager (Time & Attendance) projects & system enhancements. Documentation of various processes and identifying process improvements with our time, attendance, leave & scheduling system. Test any new software/upgrades and identify ways to integrate within current HR processesData gathering & analysis on time & scheduling data.SME on various HR/payroll system related projects. Key Responsibilities:Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie. Password resets, reporting requests, security roles)Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time. Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces Leading and/or SME on various HR projects. Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational and project management skills Experience in a fast-paced HR/Payroll environment Comfortable working with all levels of the organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building capabilities across all levels of the businessAbility to work cross functionally within a global team Practical and logical; able to solve problems quicklyPrevious working experience in a HRIS role is essential (6+ years)Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) – UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos, essential for roleHands on experience with HRIS reporting – UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM DataviewsProficient in Microsoft Excel – including complex formulas and macrosRole models Propelis values and behaviors. Advantageous:Good understanding of full HR processes (ie.
