Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator & Procurement Manager in Interior and Construction. Based out of Kochi, the role involves coordinating day-to-day project activities, managing sourcing and procurement of materials, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring seamless communication with clients, vendors, and contractors. The individual will also monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and design objectives. Qualifications• Coordinate and manage interior and construction site projects to ensure timely and quality execution• Handle material procurement for interiors and construction works, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase coordination• Understand and review interior cut-out drawings, production drawings, and basic construction drawings• Prepare and coordinate cutting layouts using Cutlist Optimizer / MaxCut software• Work with AutoCAD and SketchUp for drawing coordination and basic technical support• Coordinate between design, production, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project executionRequirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior or construction project coordination / procurement• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp• Experience with Cutlist Optimizer or MaxCut software preferred• Good understanding of interior production processes and construction materials• Strong vendor management and negotiation skillsSalary₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthSalary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
