Job Description – GTM Research & Outreach Associate Role Overview: We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused GTM Research & Outreach Associate.The role involves structured B2B outreach, account research, and pipeline management targeting US and India AI SaaS companies. Key Responsibilities: Build target account lists (AI SaaS / Document AI / Fintech) Identify decision makers (Head of AI, VP Ops, Director Data) Execute LinkedIn outreach & cold email campaigns Maintain CRM with daily updates Track follow-ups (minimum 3 touches per contact) Generate 5–8 qualified meetings per week target Ideal Profile: 1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation / SaaS outreach Strong written English Process-oriented and disciplined Comfortable working with LinkedIn & CRM tools Tasks Conduct thorough market research to gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, and emerging trends. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products, market share, pricing, and marketing techniques. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and management. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies by analyzing sales data and market response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making based on research insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research or a similar analytical role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings.
