We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to handle the Earth Moving Equipment business in Bilaspur and Janjgir-Champa region The role involves driving equipment sales developing customer relationships and expanding market presence Skills Required Strong experience in construction equipment heavy machinery sales Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in Earth moving equipment Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong local market knowledge of Bilaspur Janjgir-Champa districts Good presentation and analytical abilities Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Sales Business Growth Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory Identify and pursue leads from construction mining and infrastructure sectors 2 Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and contractors Conduct customer visits product demonstrations and negotiations Ensure timely support and follow-ups for quotations orders and deliveries 3 Market Development Competitor Tracking Study market trends competitor pricing and promotional activities Suggest local marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions or road shows 4 Team Coordination Work closely with service parts and finance departments for smooth operations Support and guide sales executives or representatives in achieving targets 5 Reporting Documentation Maintain proper sales data inquiry tracking and CRM updates Prepare daily weekly monthly sales reports and share with management Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Work Location In person
