Job Title: Student Counselor – AUSBUILDING Programs Location: RKSD College Campus, Kaithal (Haryana) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide and enroll candidates into AUSBUILDING programs, including construction trades, skill certifications, and pathway courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for student engagement and admissions. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding AUSBUILDING programs (construction trades, skill certification, and pathway programs) Explain course structure, fees, duration, and career scope Guide candidates on eligibility criteria and documentation process Assist with application filing and onboarding formalities Coordinate with training partners and placement teams Maintain student database and follow-up on leads Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Conduct seminars, tele-counselling, and promotional campaigns Support candidates with interview preparation (if overseas pathway included) Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, or Skill Development preferred Strong communication and convincing skills Target-driven and self-motivated Benefits Competitive fixed salary with attractive performance incentives Structured training and onboarding support Supportive and collaborative work environment Exposure to large-scale government and corporate skill development projects 2nd &  4th Saturday   off,  Sunday   off PF & ESIC benefits Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Thanks & Regards, Nisha Jaiswal Lead - Sr. Recruiter 2COMS Group ,
