Process monthly payroll for 500+ employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements using Paywell software. Prepare and file statutory returns: Annual Returns, Factory Returns, Half-Yearly Returns, Employment Exchange Returns. Generate and submit Monthly Challans (PF, ESI, PT) on time to avoid penalties. Ensure 100% legal compliance with labor laws, factories act, and other HR regulations. Reconcile payroll data, handle employee queries, and maintain payroll records for audits. Coordinate with banks, government portals, and internal teams for seamless operations. Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and process improvements. Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution Support statutory welfare facilities (canteen, sanitation, etc.) Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives Support during labour inspections Maintain employee compliance records Requirements 4-8 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. Proven expertise in Annual/Half-yearly Returns, Factory Returns, Monthly Challans, Employment Exchange Returns, legal compliances and full payroll cycles. Proficiency in Paywell payroll software. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF/ESI/PT compliances. Immediate joiner or serving notice period of up to 15 days. MBA in HR, Master of Social Work (MSW), or Diploma in Personnel Management.
