Job Description Title: Senior Executive – Business Development Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand (On-site, field-based role) Job Type: Full-time Industry: Online Pharmacy / B2B Retail Reporting To: Team Leader / Area Sales Manager Summary: We are hiring a Senior Executive – Business Development for a leading online pharmacy company to drive B2B retail expansion in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. This role focuses on onboarding medical shops and chemist stores, generating orders, and achieving sales targets through consistent market visits. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales or business development, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be comfortable working in a field-based environment with daily travel. Responsibilities: Visit retailers and chemist stores to generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets. Identify and onboard new medical retailers to expand the company’s B2B network. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical shop owners and partners. Work closely with the Team Leader to resolve buyer issues and ensure smooth operations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business. Cover assigned territories through daily field visits and structured route planning. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. Requirements / Qualifications: Qualification: Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Business Development or Field Sales. Preferred Background: Field sales, channel sales, dealer/distributor payroll experience. Not Eligible: Candidates from NBFC, Microfinance, Insurance, or Building Material industries. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field visits. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
