We have architects who love what they do.The Role We're looking for an architect with 2 to 6 years of post-graduate experience who is serious about design and ready to take real ownership of their work. You'll sit at the core of our project teams, contributing from early concept through construction administration. This is not a role where you'll spend your days on routine tasks waiting for a seat at the table. You'll be expected to think, draw, build, and advocate for ideas from day one. You'll also be expected to listen: to clients, to sites, to the people who will inhabit what we make.What You'll Do: Develop and refine design concepts alongside senior architects and principals. Produce high-quality drawings, details, and construction documents. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants. Attend client meetings and speak to your work. Conduct site visits and write field reports. Research materials and precedents. Contribute to studio culture through crits, pin-ups, and the occasional Friday afternoon model build.What We're Looking For: A professional degree in Architecture and 2 to 6 years of studio experience. Proficiency in Revit, AUTOCAD, SketchUp, AI Platforms.Portfolio must demonstrate the ability to detail and design.Strong communication. A genuine care for the craft of building.
