Role OverviewWe are looking for a Strategy Manager to work closely with the Co-Founder and support strategic initiatives, business priorities, and cross-functional execution. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will act as a thought partner, helping translate strategic ideas into actionable plans while ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The position offers high exposure to leadership decision-making and organizational strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Business SupportWork closely with the Co-Founder to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights to support decision-making.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic documents.Analytics & Data InsightsAnalyze data and generate insights to support business planning and operational decisions.Track key business metrics, OKRs, and performance indicators. Build analytical summaries and reports for leadership reviews.Problem Solving & Initiative ManagementIdentify operational challenges and proactively propose solutions.Support execution of cross-functional projects and special initiatives driven by the Founder’s Office.Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.Executive & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams and leadership to ensure alignment on key initiatives.Support communication with internal and external stakeholders when required.Prepare briefing notes and materials for leadership discussions.Qualifications & Skills4+ years of professional experience in roles such as Strategy, Business Operations, Founder’s Office, or Executive Assistant roles supporting leadership.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, ownership, and discretion.Preferred BackgroundGraduates from premium institutions with an MBA (IIMs or ISB preferred).Experience working in startups or strategy roles.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and analytical tools.Why Join RecykalOpportunity to work directly with the Co-Founder and leadership team.Exposure to strategic decision-making and high-impact projects.Be part of a mission-driven company building India’s circular economy ecosystem.
