Maino helps DTC brands reduce CAC and increase LTV using AI-driven targeting, creative analysis, cross-platform optimization, and budget forecasting.We work with high-spend eCommerce brands ($100k+ monthly ad spend) to improve performance across paid media channels.Key Responsibilities:ProspectingIdentify DTC brands spending $100k+ per month on adsResearch decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Growth Heads).Outbound OutreachRun outbound campaigns via:LinkedInEmailCold callingLead QualificationQualify leads based on:Ad spendCAC challengesScaling stageMeeting BookingBook qualified discovery calls for Account Executives or Founders.CRM ManagementMaintain pipeline in tools like:HubSpotSalesforceMarket IntelligenceIdentify DTC brands scaling rapidly in the U.S. market.Key Requirements:1–3 years of BDR / SDR / Inside Sales experienceExperience selling to U.S. customersStrong cold email + LinkedIn outreach skillsExperience using:ZoomInfoApolloLinkedIn Sales NavigatorAbility to work U.S. EST / PST hours
