SUMMARYWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategically minded Market Analytics Consultant to support consulting projects within the life sciences sector.This role is ideal for an analytics professional who thrives in client‑facing environments, excels at transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights, and can drive measurable impact across commercial performance initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and deliver consulting projects or components of larger engagements.Analyze client requirements and build cost‑effective analytical solutions.Conduct campaign performance analysis and ROI measurement.Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to address client challenges.Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.Provide guidance to Analysts and Associate Consultants.Support client discussions, presentations, and follow‑up to ensure satisfaction.Identify potential follow‑on opportunities with existing clients.Continuously build expertise in consulting methodologies and life sciences market trends.QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in analytics or consulting roles within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare.Strong background in marketing/campaign data analysis.Proficiency in SQL, Python, Market Mix Modeling (MMM), and Ad Decay/Advertising Impact Models.Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.Comfortable working in client‑facing consulting environments.DURATIONInitial contract: 6 monthsHOURLY RATEAttractive hourly rateEstimated monthly hours: 187 hoursLOCATIONBangalore (Preferred)Gurgaon or Pune (Secondary options)Hybrid working modelABOUT PLANET PHARMAPlanet Pharma is an American‑parented Employment Business/Agency providing global staffing services, headquartered in Chicago with an EMEA regional office in Central London.
