Job Title: Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager/ salesforce delivery managerExperience: 14–16 YearsLocation: HyderabadRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations and ensure stable operations across strategic customer accounts. The role involves driving end-to-end engineering governance, managing multi-track delivery, and aligning technical execution with business objectives in a multi-vendor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end engineering governance and delivery for Salesforce programs.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.Guide teams across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.Ensure code quality, best practices, and requirement coverage through reviews.Conduct governance meetings (weekly/bi-weekly), MPRs, and QPRs with stakeholders.Maintain production stability and operational excellence.Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.Lead people management including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.Identify skill gaps and drive team upskilling aligned with project roadmap.Build leadership pipeline and succession planning within the team.Required SkillsSalesforce Admin configuration and customizationApex, Apex Triggers, VisualforceSalesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC, JavaScript)Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, AgentforceIntegrations (REST APIs, MuleSoft)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to HaveSCRUM, Salesforce PD2, or Architect certificationsKnowledge of Snowflake, Data Management, Tableau AnalyticsExperience with Managed Packages and AppExchange tools.
