Business Development Executive – Appointment SettingLocation: Mohali | Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you'll own the top of our sales funnel — from identifying the right prospects to booking high-quality meetings for the sales team. This isn't just cold calling; you'll play a strategic role in shaping outreach approaches, refining lead qualification criteria, and contributing to revenue growth. What You'll DoProspect decision-makers at US companies using ZoomInfo, Seamless, and Lusha Run multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone Communicate our AI consulting and services value proposition clearly to C-suite and senior stakeholders Qualify leads through discovery conversations against our ICP Schedule meetings and ensure smooth, context-rich handoffs to Account Executives Maintain clean CRM records and report pipeline metrics Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging What We're Looking For2–4 years in B2B lead generation or inside sales (tech/SaaS/AI services preferred) Ability to articulate AI and technology solutions in simple, business-relevant language Strong spoken and written English for US-based outreach Comfortable with CRM tools and night shifts Self-starter with strong ownership mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives Health insurance Cab facility for the night shift Clear growth path toward Senior BDE or Account Executive roles Regular training on sales techniques, tools, and industry knowledge
